The first floor of the project will be the lobby area with 3 passenger elevators and a mail box room.
The 5th floor is the main common area of the project, combining 3 main areas: a green garden, a fitness center, and a swimming pool. The swimming pool itself is an outdoor saltwater pool measuring 11.8 x 5 meters and 1.20 meters deep. You can use it for a relaxing swim. The Regal Condo project’s ‘fitness room’ is located inside the building, complete with a variety of exercise equipment to choose from, including treadmills, stationary bikes, weightlifting machines, etc. We can use this service both before and after work, which is very convenient for working people’s lifestyles because it caters to all needs.
The 13th floor of the project allows us to fully enjoy the surrounding city view and be especially close to nature. Furthermore, we can also come up here to organize small parties because the project has prepared a BBQ area.
The 27th floor will have a Rooftop Garden area, decorated to be a sitting area, a place to relax, and a wide open green space.
